KERAFLEX MAXI S1

High-performance, deformable cementitious adhesive with no vertical slip, extended open time, excellent workability and Low Dust technology for ceramic tiles, particularly recommended for bonding large porcelain and natural stone tiles (thickness of adhesive from 3 to 15 mm). With very emission of volatile organic compounds.

KERAPOXY

Two-component, high-performance, anti-acid epoxy mortar and adhesive with no vertical slip for laying and grouting ceramic tiles and stone material.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Pot life of mix: 45 minutes.
Open time: 30 minutes.
Set to light foot traffic: approx. 24 hours.
Ready for use: 4 days. After 4 days surfaces may be exposed to chemicals.
Colours: 20.
Application: suitable trowel.
EMICODE: EC1 Plus - very low emission.
Storage: 24 months.
Consumption:
- for grouting: according to the size of the joints;
- for bonding: 2-4 kg/m².
Packaging: 5 and 10 kg units and 12x2 kg boxes.

MAPESIL AC

SILICONE SEALANT: Solvent-free, acetic-cross-linking mildew-resistant silicone sealant, available in 26 colour and transparent.

Applications:
Interior, exterior, ceramic tile floor and wall sealing of expansion joints of ± 25% expansion of the initial size in swimming pools, bathrooms and showers.
Mapesil AC can also be used for forming a perfectly elastic gasket between different elements in constructions, mechanical engineering, ship-building, automobile manufacturing, etc.
N.B. Mapesil AC adheres perfectly to glass, ceramics and anodized aluminium.
If treated beforehand with Primer FD, adhesion is good also on concrete, wood, metal, painted surfaces, plastics, rubber etc.
Mapesil AC is classified F-25-LM in compliance with ISO?11600 standards.

MAPELASTIC AQUADEFENSE

LIQUID WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE: Ready-to-use, ultra quick-drying, flexible liquid membrane for waterproofing internal surfaces.

TECHNICAL DATA:
Consistency: paste.
Application temperature range: from +5°C to +35°C at +23°C and 50% R.H..
Waiting time between first and second coat: approximately 1 hour (at +23°C and 50% R.H.).
Waiting time before laying coating: 3-4 hours (at +23°C and 50% R.H.). Times refer to +23°C and 50% relative humidity of the air when the product is applied on dried screeds with a residual moisture lower than 3%.
Minimum applicable thickness: 0.8 mm in 2 coats.
Storage: 24 months.
Application: roller, brush or trowel.
Consumption: 1.3 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
Packaging: 7.5 kg and 15 kg drums.

ULTRACOLOR PLUS

Fast setting and drying, high performance, anti-efflorescence grout, polymer modified, for joints from 2 to 20 mm. Water-repellent with DropEffect® and antimould with BioBlock® technology.

Applications:
Interior and exterior floor and wall grouting of all types of ceramic tiles (double-fired, single-fired, klinker, porcelain tiles, etc.), terracotta, stone material (natural stone, marble, granite, agglomerates, etc.), glass and marble mosaics. Ensures complete uniformity of colour, does not produce surface efflorescence, dries quickly and therefore floor and wall coverings are ready for use quickly.
BioBlock® technology applied to this product blocks various types of mould from forming and proliferating on the surface of the grout in humid conditions. Also, the use of special hydrophobic additives (DropEffect® technology) gives grouting mortars high water-repellent properties, making them less prone to dirtiness and with excellent durability.
Ideal for grouting exterior façades, balconies, terraces, swimming pools, bathrooms and kitchens. Especially suitable for grouting floors of supermarkets, highway service stations, restaurants, airports and public service grounds.
